LYNDSEY
Lyndsey, the Managing Director of Creative, is the Captain of the Cove. While there is no “typical” day for Lyndsey, she’s either running around Boston getting new business or chatting on the phone with our existing clients. Lyndsey has met with and matched hundreds of creative and marketing candidates in the years since she started her recruiting career. Lyndsey has worked with companies ranging from Fortune 500 to start up agencies, and her depth of experience in the industry gives her the unique ability to align client needs with candidate backgrounds. Although Lyndsey claims the Cove is her “baby,” we all know her real baby is her dog, Bucie.
AMANDA
Amanda is a Creative Recruiter here in the Cove. She graduated from Merrimack College last year with a degree in Marketing and was so excited to work for us that she started the day after graduation. On a typical day, you will hear Amanda’s bubbly voice ringing through the office as she speaks thoughtfully in meetings and on the phone with her numerous candidates... Of course while sipping on her #Ketones. Ask her about the Ketogenic Reboot cleanse! Amanda has worked extremely hard in her year with us and is kicking butt as a recruiter. She meets with all of her candidates on either Facetime or in person to find out what contracts would be most suitable for them. MAGGIE
Maggie is our Summer Creative Recruiting Intern in the Cove. She is currently pursuing a Psychology Major and Writing Minor at Providence College and (if all goes to plan) will be graduating in 2019! There, she is captain of the Women's Club Lacrosse Team and also enjoys spending time riding horses. Maggie's day entails sourcing candidates on sites like Monster and Careerbuilder, while also sending out countless inmails on Linkedin (her favorite). Maggie prides herself in being a loyal Linkedin follower and is the quickest in the Cove to like and retweet her colleagues’ posts
COLE
Cole is our newest creative recruiter in the Cove! He is a recent graduate from Endicott College with a degree in Marketing. Cole played on the Lacrosse team all four years and his team mentality and work ethic have proven to be an asset to our squad. Cole is a chicken salad lover, a Cape-Cod Chip fanatic and is never one to pass a dog on the street without a quick hello. Cole has a natural eye for creative recruiting and his semester interning with a Boston agency has given him a boost when it comes to working with our agency clients.
